Once completed we will arrange an online video call and take you through all the various scenarios that could be relevant to you and your business. This usually takes between one and two hours.

Pricing
- Consultancy Sessions - £2500* + vatA consultancy session consists of a one day session with Sean
This will include a 30 minute virtual preparation meeting in advance of the consultation session. This is to help you prepare fully in order to get the maximum benefit from your session.
You will also receive follow up notes giving you a summary of the day together with any agreed action plans.
These sessions are for owners / directors only.
*Travel and accommodation will be charged separately if needed. - Mentoring - £750 per month + vatA mentoring program is available to owners / directors who have completed at least a one day consultancy session. This will involve working towards an agreed strategy and will involve a one hour virtual meeting once a month.
(Mentoring spaces are limited so only offered subject to availability) - Life Time Cashflow - £1500 +vatHave you got enough money to retire in the manner in which you wish to become accustomed? We can produce a personal Life Time Cashflow which will help you establish just how much you will need and how this will be funded. You may decide to work forever - but this is very unlikely. How will your financial landscape look once you stop working?
This will involve two virtual meetings to prepare everything you will need. We will then prepare the cashflow and present it in a follow up virtual meeting. - Advice Meeting- £1000 +vatYou may not need a full strategy day, but would like a meeting to brainstorm an idea or an issue and just need advice for a specific set of problems. This could be to discuss issues like business structure, franchise structure, business acquisitions, liquidations or any number of business challenges that entrepreneurs may need help with.
This would typically be a 2 - 3 hour meeting. This would involve an initial zoom call to help you prepare for your meeting.

Over the past 50 years, Sean Hanna has lived the entrepreneurs voyage. From his first salon in Worcester Park which was generating £20K per year in year 1 - he grew the business to an extremely profitable multi million pound brand with 10 salons and an academy. He has lived the journey from loving being behind the chair, to coming out from behind the chair to grow the business, to creatively expanding outside the salon business to create meaningful generational wealth.
Knowing how and when to get out of a business is as important as knowing how and when to get into a business. And when a significant profit is generated, it's important to know how to make this work for you, turning profit into real wealth.
He has grown and developed many fantastic teams, and firmly believes the ability to build and motivate people is the foundation of all dynamic salon businesses.
Since officially retiring from running his salon business, Sean still runs his property portfolio and now sits on the board of a number of successful businesses both inside and outside of the hairdressing industry. He is a consultant and mentor to a select number of business owners and consults with entrepreneurs who are looking to take their businesses to the next level.

What does it cost?
The Salon Profit Planner session is £500 + VAT. A full strategy day with Sean is £2,500 + VAT. An advice meeting is £1,000 + VAT, a personal Life Time Cashflow is £1,500 + VAT, and mentoring is £750 a month + VAT for people who've done a strategy day.
Which one do I need?
Most people start with the Profit Planner. If you're not sure, answer the five questions in this box and Sean will point you at the right one. It costs nothing to ask.
Do I have to be the owner?
Yes, Sean works with active owners and directors. If you're a manager, get your owner in the room and Sean will talk to you both.
Is it online or in person?
The Profit Planner, advice meetings and mentoring are online video calls. Strategy days can be in person, with travel charged separately.
What's the Profit Planner?
A two-hour one-to-one where Sean runs your real numbers through his planner and shows you what happens to profit if a stylist leaves, goes self-employed, or you change your wage structure. You leave with a plan, not a guess.
